Shipping policy

We aim to ship your order out within 48 hours after the placement of the order. Please keep in mind that for custom made items, the processing can take up to 5 working days. This will be added to the shipping time. This means customer orders will ship within 7 calendar days.

When available, you will receive your order in a re-used box / envelope. Most of this packaging material is saved from online orders with other stores. This might be Amazon or a clothing store. Re-used packaging does not contain any branded items, except for a handwritten thank-you card.
